My wife and I were just discussing our respective recent experience at Summit Vision Care. We noticed a level of service and friendliness that seems rare and memorable these days. The reception staff, Cade in optical, and the doctor's assistant were friendly, competent, looked us in the eye, and seemed to genuinely care about us. I've been seeing Dr. Kennedy long before he moved his practice to Erie. Besides getting great care from Dr. Kennedy, he always asks about our family and what we're up to. I am grateful to be a patient with Summit and hope they can continue to provide above-and-beyond service and friendliness. It truly sets them apart.

Absolutely wonderful staff and optometrists. Both Dr. Roar and Dr. Kennedy took their time and made sure I had answers to all my questions. They found out the cause of my problems as ER did not do much.

I would totally recommend both as their patience, excellent knowledge and friendly demeanour was outstanding.
