Hadn't been to dentist in 15 years, fear and anxiety, researched a dozen before making the move. Immediately put at ease on entering, staff was lively, welcoming and atmosphere bright, cheerful, comforting. Got a gentle exam/estimate after sharing my apprehension. Absolutely no pressure to accept their recommended plan. So comfortable requested extraction and done in this same visit. Left with all the valuable records, photos and X-rays followed.
