Unprofessional. They charged me for a bulb, guy comes back to tell the front desk guy it’s not a bulb but that it’s something else. Instead of offering a refund, sends me to the dealership to buy the part. They didn’t fix anything and still wanted to refuse to give a refund. They did eventually provide it but after having to get a manager involved:
