I had a great experience! I went in thinking I needed an alternator and was asked pertinent questions about my situation. I was NOT treated like I was an idiot for being female and that was greatly appreciated! Turns out all I needed was a battery and they were cheaper than buying one at the store. I will definitely be back for all my service needs!

Always a pleasant experience with this team. Last oil change they told me I might need my air filter replaced with the next oil change so I completely expected to be paying for that service today. Guess what?! They were totally honest and told me I'm still good to go. No robbing me of anything here like we feel at so many other auto repair shops.

Sun Auto always gets the job done,however I was turned off by the customer service I recieved on Monday morning. I called days prior for an appt,when I arrived there was one guest ahead of me. After Rick wrapped up with the guest,he proceeded to take 3 phone calls before even acknowledging my presence. 10 mins later he finally asked if he could help me. If I wasnt getting warranty work done,I would have walked out. When he finally got to me,there wasnt even an appt in the system! Needless to say I wasnt the happiest,especially not getting my car back until late afternoon for a simple fix,HOWEVER this is NOT a standard day for them. They are normally very professional and pleasant. It was very offputting. Nonetheless,my car is back running in tip top shape,and Im sure ill be back again.

Feeling Blessed. Tail LIGHT was out; had not idea how to out one on...called Sun Auto explained said bring my car in and they would take care of it....they did and with no charge of which I appreciated because I had no money...So thank you very much SUN AUTO

While appointments are not required for services, we strongly encourage them as customers are helped on a first come, first served basis. Some days are busier than others and could fluctuate based on the availability of staff as well as the complexity of other repairs. It is our understanding that the Store Manager, Shawn, spoke with you via telephone earlier in the day stating that due to the multiple time-consuming issues with your vehicle, along with the eight other vehicles ahead of yours, it was likely that we would be unable to get to your car by closing time and that it would be our priority the next day. We're confused that you felt you were not assisted for reasons other than what was provided to you.

Dr Maloney is Super Nice, compassionate, Super approachable and honest. What I like so much with her too is that, she doesn't rush everytime she examines my eyes no matter how busy she is. She examines her patient thoroughly. She explains everything whatever she's doing to me.She recommended me to an eye specialist when she found some abnormal thing in both of my eyes. She even called the doctor's office for me to make an appointment!! This is my fourth year as her patient!!
