We have used this Sun Auto facility for several years and with several cars. Our past experiences have been highly positive and we have recommended this service to friends. Frankly, this most recent visit was disappointing. I had an

11:00 appointment for an oil change. When I inquired 90 minutes later, I found five technicians in the office and was eventually advised that the car was still being serviced. I realize that it was lunchtime and I am not against workers taking a deserved break, But, seriously, 90-120 minutes to change the oil! When I eventually received the car, I was advised that they had also performed some necessary work but without my authorization that increased the expense by almost 2X. If someone had inquired before doing the work, I would have authorized it, but no one asked me even though I was waiting in the office. Then, they tried to upsell me with a battery installation. At this point, I determined that Sun Auto didn't deserve anymore of my money or my time, so I declined the battery, paid my bill, and left. Like I said at the outset, my previous experiences have been positive, so I am likely to return to have my vehicle service, but I will be reluctant to recommend them to my friends.

They were friendly and got me in and out quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. I forgot to mention to them if they could also put air in my tires, but they saw that they were low and did it without me even asking which I thought was so nice. That is good customer service. I will be a return customer.

I'm sorry to say this but I feel like you guys where trying to scam me. Saying I need something fix with out showing first and saying I need fueled in my car with even really look at those level. I take really good care of my car and get thing fix the moment it shows up. I don't know why bit getting told something is wrong with my car and handed a piece a paper with an explanation just seems like a scam. Probably won't return at all

We feel it is our responsibility to inform our customers of the condition of their vehicle before leaving our service centers. We recommend services based on what is found during these inspections without any obligation to make repairs. I had an issue with a repair - and was hasty with my review... then called to talk to the manager Terry who was professional and extremely helpful. Offered solutions to get the problem resolved. Absolutely will come back.

I worked on my car for 4 hours on a Saturday to fix an issue with the car stalling at operating temperature. Not able to fix it, I brought it to Sun Auto on Monday, no leak came from the car when I drove it in. They diagnosed a bad sensor AND a leaking radiator must be changed for $1,200+.before they could diagnose bad readings from the transmission. Skeptically, I refused the service as I had the radiator changed less than a year ago. Again, I worked on it for 4 hours with no leaking, drove it in with no leaking, yet when I drove it home Tuesday after refusing the service, the radiator was leaking terribly. This cannot be a coincidence.
