I made an appointment for 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited until 9:45 and went to the desk and said something. While I was waiting, several men came in and were taken care of before me. They finally started on my car at 10:15.
I was the only woman in the place and treated as if I wasn’t even there. The fellows at the counter were polite but didn’t really see to it that I was taken care of in a timely way. I had to skip the tire rotation!

Great from the start. Offered to have the vehicle towed to their shop and then diagnose when I was already thinking that the vehicle was going to be worse off than it was. They called me after troubleshooting and let me know what all was going on. They got the car up and running so my wife could use it for work today.

Punctual with reservation for oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. Promised it would be ready in 90 minutes and it was done in less than 1 hour. Service advisors are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for routine auto service.

It took a bit of time to fully repair my AC and other components to get my car running good. Travis the store manager and all the staff were friendly and addressed all my concerns seriously. They definitely took care of me and my family.
