Kudos to Alan and the Team for spot-on customer service. They were sent the wrong and/or defective parts three times before finally being able to complete all the service. I could tell they were just as frustrated as I was; deep appreciation for them keeping at it until everything was right.

Although the quality of work was good; the cost was overpriced for the work completed(about 15% higher). Job was completed on time. More than likely will find another location for future repairs.

Evans Dermatology is probably the ONLY doctor's office that I go to that I never have to wait -- either in the outside waiting room or the inside one. So many other places, they bring you in and you put on that gown and you are sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. They don't make appointments on top of other appointments like so many other doctor's offices. Lindsey (and actually, everybody there -- (I have seen Erin and also Dr. Evans) is not only very professional, but she makes you feel comfortable and she is very thorough.
