The service was excellent. We had made and appointment which was easy to do. We were advised of some issues that would need to be taken care but we were not pressured into getting. They did explain everything and awnsered all our questions. They provided exact quotes for the services they recommended.

Came in for an oil change and found that I had issues with my battery. I greatly appreciate the hard work of the employees at Sun Auto for pointing that out! Always been great to me and my car. Alan was very helpful with my issue and patient on contacting me despite our horrible phone connection. Great job you guys!

Didn’t feel that I as the customer was treated with any kind of consideration by the desk staff. The mechanics are always SO great at their job there and super kind and knowledgeable and professional, but not the desk guys. My first experience was sub par and my second experience for a chance at redemption was even worse. Will not be back.

I appreciate the service being able to get my inspection and oil change done while I waited, and was accurate as to the wait time. The price is good for the quality of your service and the time to get it done. Great work!!

I've had nothing but good experiences with Sun Auto, although the on-line appointment system could be improved --- once received approval of my requested appointment except the Sun Auto response system didn't send the approval out until 30 minutes after my requested appointment. Ignoring that one conflict, the personnel are always courteous, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk with. The actual interface with the staff was exceptional and they stuck to the appointed schedule and did a very quick, yet thorough job. Having been to Jiffy Lube, Pep Boys, and a number of other quick service organizations, Sun Auto was by far the most professional experience --- and in my case, they were conveniently close to where I live.

Wait time is ridiculous. I have yet to get out in under 4 hours.

Evans Dermatology is probably the ONLY doctor's office that I go to that I never have to wait -- either in the outside waiting room or the inside one. So many other places, they bring you in and you put on that gown and you are sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. They don't make appointments on top of other appointments like so many other doctor's offices. Lindsey (and actually, everybody there -- (I have seen Erin and also Dr. Evans) is not only very professional, but she makes you feel comfortable and she is very thorough. I would recommend Evans Dermatology to all of my friends and coworkers (actually, I have and they continue to go there).
