I was looking for an "HONEST" mechanic who was reasonably priced. I finally foone through a recommendation I found on "Next Door Mesa! I had a major repair completed in one day's time, was picked up at home and delivered back by a Sun Devil manager and received what could be referred to as "White Globe service". When the work was completed the process was explained to me and the worn and broken parts were shown to me. The entire experience was a pleasure and at long last my search for an honest mechanic has come to an end. What a relief!!!

This was a classic situation where I could easily have been sold an unnecessary brake job and perhaps some kind of window washer work, but your shop’s integrity and honesty provided only the simple solutions needed. As always, I have been treated with great services. I am concern that of all the times I been to Sun Devil Auto I have requested to check my breaks and they would always past inspection and have even said that the breaks were still to safe levels and would not need replacement. When I last took my truck I was informed that the rear drums were past the safe zone and now will have to replace the drums. The front breaks were said to be safe but at the level the rear breaks were on the last inspection. Within the last two years I have used my truck 8,000 miles and had taken my truck several time to Sun Devil and now this. I trust your service you provide but this is way past what I can understand. Even when I was told that the front brakes were safe with some wear still on it I was not convinced of the safeness and expense the next visit to would be. I am still convinced Sun Devil is my choice, I question if I can afford you now. I have had some issues with other Sun Devil store but finding it hard to rate you. I just don't know who to trust. I have recommended you to several others in my family and do not know if they are comforting with it.

I moved out of the area and decided to go with a closer dentist, but I did not trust the new dentist, it seemed they were more concerned about making money.
