I used to love this place but unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I understand that things can be delayed and the estimated time that it would take for your car to be finished it’s just an estimate but the attitude that was received when I called to see where the status was was unacceptable and for that reason I won’t return. Then there was the fact that my oil change and air filter change cost me $120 and I’ve never paid that not even for a brand new car with synthetic oil

Between being short staffed and an influx of business, unfortunately, some days are busier than others and we are unable to provide an estimated time of completion. We are sorry for the approach of our staff and how the delay was communicated to you. We have taken the opportunity to address our staff on the importance of customer service. In regards to the cost of your oil change, the Sun Devil Auto oil change starts at $54.95 and includes up to 6 quarts of oil. However, in the case of your luxury vehicle it required an additional two quarts of oil as well as a specialized engine oil filter that was an added charge of $20.00, as well as standard shop and disposal fees. Everyone at Sun Devil Auto were great to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem with our car quickly.

They had may car for eleven days. They didn't have enough sense to unzip the tonneau cover so they unsnapped the whole rear half. I'll be back the next time it snows in Phoenix in June.

Bought a Used Cadillac XLR, 2008 with 47K miles. Car had been sitting for along time. I asked to have all fluid systems flushed and changed plus an inspection. The work was completed for a reasonable price.

NOW the really good. First and foremost when they called me back they had a list of repairables and what each would cost. I like the upfront honesty.

I received a full inspection report noting some minor oil leaks (Typical Northstar problem). I was also told that the car had been in a State witch still used Salt on the roads causing rust, specifically on the Transmission. It might have taken more than one day to complete everything but...good as there word I had the car back, Mid-Afternoon. I have always been pleased with Sun Devil.

Your rate for installing a cabin air filter was extremely high for ten minutes of work.
