After having our car in the shop for a day and a half, I had to take it back four additional times before the repair was properly done. After paying $1000 that leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. The manager was very honest with me and admitted the techs had overlooked some repairs when first working on our car. Poor experience for sure.
Than my husband took his truck in for a simple oil change. We took the truck on a road trip the day after the work was done. While driving on the freeway (75mph) we had to pull off the road. The hood was not completely closed. Scared us half to death.
Needless to say, our last two dealings with Sun Devil have been less than enjoyable.
