Great customer service on a very time sensitive furnace cleaning -- I was able to reach someone when I needed the invoice asap and have them send over multiple times. I've used SunGlow in the past with great service and will continue to call on them in the future!

Tech (Kavon) was very thorough in servicing my heat pump. He explained the process clearly and gave helpful tips about it. He answered any questions we had. Great customer service.

The office staff were also very helpful in coordinating the service call.

Your original trip, during which you were unable to access the rough, was not requested. Since you were in the area you stopped by, and I therefore believe that I should not be charged the $75 dollars because I had not asked for that specific visit. I was hoping to use your services in the future to maintain my coolers etc., but an unnecessary charge like this worries me.
