LaShaun was very nice and professional.

However, I feel very misled about the price of the part Draft Pressure Switch * Universal which was listed as 225 on the invoice being widely available on the internet for $45. That means it was 89 to drive the truck out and give me an estimate which I didn't get before the part was installed. And then 180 for labor to install the part.

I have talked to several others who agree that is expensive and the listing of the labor with the part is very arbitrary and bad practice as there is no way for me to know if another customer is charged the same rates. I am not likely to use your company again after experiencing this.

Stop using these 1-5 gradations on personal.

This is drussing to employees as one one answer is a technical passing grade.

These "lean" management techniques are not a credible tool to verify acceptance of staff but simply a mis-applied tool.

Remember, only the 5th star is a 80 to 100% passing grade.

The 4th star is 60-80% are only 1/2 passing.

The rest are deemed unacceptable.

This is an old management trick to infer only the 5 star are acceptable.

Lean engineering uses this technique to beat down the employees knowing full well the scale is bogus.

At least a 1 to 10 scale leaves some crediblity.

Stop using these "services" that promise 10% returns to your management.

These are just tools by wanna-be huckers selling their servives.
