The only reason there is one star is because they did get to me quickly since I had been a repeat customer. Had tech come out and paid their diagnostic fee to diagnose one problem. Part was 5 days out in December and furnace was inoperable. Part came in, tech came back out and replaced part. Left without checking his work, furnace immediately stopped working as soon as he left the driveway-same issue. Tech came back next day and told me I needed an additional part to the $300 I had already paid (this part was $26 on internet). Told me it was $364 for next part. Fed up, looked up part on internet, got next day and paid $120 with rush shipping. Called to tell them Tech misdiagnosed from the start, and service manager Vanessa wouldn't follow up and call back. Staff on phone was rude and combative when we complained. Won't ever use again or recommend.
