I know that the Sun Care practice has grown with technology and I understand. I guess I would appreciate it if the email was being sent under the physician's name rather than the staff. Even if it is the staff that generates the email.
I would also like to advise you that I am not Mrs. or Ms Mayberry but Dr. Mayberry. I will know when I next visit your office if you have read this email by the name you use when I visit. If it is Dr. Mayberry, you will have read this and paid attention.
Unfortunately we as patients are losing personal contact with our physicians. I don't think Dr. Foote knows one thing about my personal life (its in the charts) -never asks a question about what I do or have doneor am doing. I realize that in the money world that (chatting with patients) doesn't bring in dollars but it does keep patients. Waiting for 3 hours an afternoon -even thought he he is one of the best - does't make me want to recommend him to others.
