I was very pleased with the gentleness of my dental hygienist Vee, and was quite surprised when she offered me a warm neck wrap and dipped my hands in warm wax before she started cleaning my teeth. Both felt wonderful! Then the dentist came in, and made me feel like I was a bother for her to check over my teeth. Don't know if she was squeezing me in between someone else, but she was out of there in less than what seemed like 3 minutes.
But the thing that worried me was the large water stain on the ceiling that was covered in black mold...this is in the room where I was getting my teeth cleaned. The stain had to be at least a foot wide. Yuck! Who knows how many mold spores were floating in the air.

Thank you for your comment. The feedback about your appointment is valuable to Dr Sunseri and Team. The ceiling tile has been removed. The source of the condensation has been identified. The building management is working on a solution for the moisture source. We apologize that your experience was not satisfactory. We have taken immediate steps to rectify the problem.
