I have only had one visit for an examination. Office staff were professional, articulate and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was fantastic! It was like visiting family friends. The location is easy to get to by private vehicle and accessible by public transportation. There is plenty of free, safe and accessible parking. There is even a ramp to make it accessible for those who difficulty with steps into the building.

It was my very first visit to Sunset Family Dentistry. It’s always difficult to find balance of professionalism and congeniality in healthcare industry; but, I was immediately met with warmth from scheduling over the phone, check-in, technician, and grand final, Dr Colson. It’s very important to feel welcomed and confident that you are receiving the right care from trusted professionals who have access to all of your personal areas. My mouth care is very personal to me and I thankful to have found someone who understands my concerns.

Normally this practice is great. And the hygienist is very sweet and generally does a good job, but this last visit on 2.1.22 she was very rough when flossing my teeth. My teeth are very close together and she was moving so fast she jammed the floss pretty hard into my gums, even when I flinched she kept on. Normally she is great just needs to be more gentle with the flossing. Also the polisher appeared to be broken so that was skipped, I wasn't upset just thought I would mention it.

My overall experience was very good. I did have to wait awhile before my procedure started. Dr. Colson was very nice, friendy and professional. Dani was very informative, professional and explained everything extremely well. She is certainly an asset to the business....she can do it all!

Always amazing the staff from Dr. Mellanda Colson Scott to Yolanda & Ms. Dani they're all compassionate and professional.. I've been around the country never have I appreciate going to the dentist until I went to Sunset Family Dentist...I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a great Dentist...
