It's taken almost a year to find that right contact lens/prescription; I still haven't been given a final pair of lenses.

Each time that I go, I have to leave work early, which is difficult when you work in a school.

The first few times I returned for a follow up visit, the office staff was often confused or unfamiliar with my file. My file was put away at least one time, even though it wasn't finalized. The secretaries are very nice though. At this point they know who I am. Though, I think my file may

I felt that the staff is trying too hard to sell you product, when I am there to get my eyes examined. Everything seems to revolve around making more money. I was not pleased with this experience.

My examination with one of the physicians was great. However, when I ordered contacts on the phone through Kim and spent 20 minutes talking to her, (where by the way, she was rude, not explaining my benefits in a courteous way) she never placed my order, which I never knew. I waited 3 weeks and got worried so I called and spoke with Marisa. Marisa was very friendly and professional and apologized for the situation. She checked on my status and told me that an order was never placed according to my records, and placed a re-order very quickly. At this point I was wearing my last pair of contacts so I was very pissed. Thank goodness Marisa got the OK from her manager to Rush deliver my contacts overnight to my home. Overall, the clinical service was very good, but my experience with one of the front desk ladies was extremely poor.
