It makes sense why there’s a wait to get an appointment, the customer service, quality, and timeliness of the staff puts other shops to shame. No grumpy mechanics on the other end of the phone line, Nobody making you feel dumb for not knowing something (after all that’s why you go to the experts right?), just drop your car off and come in later, peace of mind follows. Appreciate the staff here for always being so informative as I hack away at repairs to my fixer upper vehicle.
