I have been to Seasons Salon and Day Spa multiple times before and have had a great experience. But this time was different, I am not sure if the management has changed or what. It wasn't very clean, it looked like some of the robes weren't clean so I wasn't confident I was wearing an actual clean robe. I had to search for towels and there looked like there was only one clean towel, the others were thrown around and unfolded so I didn't want to touch them. The bathroom in the changing room wasn't clean. I didn't think the employees were vey prepared for my massage. I came in to get a specific massage and didn't get what I had signed up for at all. I was really disappointed with my massage because my expectations were not met. For the price of what I was paying, I expected much higher quality and a cleaner environment. I will not ever go back again which is unfortunate because I really liked this place until now. I also personally feel that every massage business should have each customer fill out a paper beforehand to clearly state whether they want their masseuse to talk to them during their massage or not. I like to go get a massage and relax and not have to hold a conversation throughout my entire experience but didn't want to be rude and tell my masseuse I would rather lay here in silence and enjoy my massage. They also were not concerned about masks and I remember telling my friend who I was there with that I guess they don't require masks here. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth what they are charging. I will for sure look for other places from now on when wanting to get a massage.
