The service is overall good but we waited 30 mintues even with our appointment time (9:45am but we were not called until I asked them to check at 10:15 am. Another one is I'd like the vet to look into my pets more in detail like eyes, teeth, belly to see if everything is ok.

We have a new puppy. We had been with another veterinary hospital in the past and were looking for a change. A friend recommended Surf City Pet Hospital. We are so happy with found them. Dr. Gindi and her staff clearly love animals. Our dog, Daisy, loves going in as the staff fuss over her and make her feel special. We highly recommend Surf City Pet Hospital.

My rescue dog has issues with other dogs, so the staff at Surf City Pet Hospital graciously made it possible for me to take her in & out of the office without other dogs in the room. Dr. Gindi is great with her - very calming as she examines her. I definitely appreciated their understanding & help!

Excellent and caring staff. So helpful and kind show true concern for you and your pet. The Dr shows so much regard and helps the pet feel less anxious before starting the exam. She is so patient and kind. She got my super sketchy cats to calm down and gave them so much attention. The staff is super friendly and helped me with all my needs. LOVE this place.
