I was very disappointed that I was not informed that my phase 2 plan had changed for my daughter Hannah.
We had a meeting and then informed that we will not be offered the clear braces after we had agreed on. Then I was told by the staff that my plan was changed and it did not make a difference if they had the metal or clear.
I was also upset that I will be paying over 23 hundred dollars for this plan and no clear braces as I was told in my meeting.
I have requested for another meeting but no call back or response.
I need to have clarification why and what am I really paying for.
Also I found out that Kaiser now offer's braces through my plan . Which i will be pursuing now.
I would like a call back from a supervisor to talk to in the main head office please at 916-420-725.
The bottom line is what am I paying for and who gave the staff to change plan without talking to me or informing me at all
Then when asked to see plan and who was in the office I was informed Lori does not work there anymore.
Well this is not my issue about that employee. I am the one paying the bill not any of the staff.
Please have a supervisor call me.
I also wish the Dr. was a little more friendly. He does not even shake your hand or greet you while you are in the room.
