Usually love the experience we have on the dental side, but the experience on the ortho side is hit and miss. The Asian orthodontist never greets you, he doesn't explain what he's doing when he sees your child, he acts like you're not even there. He only speaks to the technician that is working on your child. Recently there is a new orthodontist, I'm not sure if he is permanent, but he is so much more informative. He greets you, explains what is happening. So much more peace of mind for a parent.

We have started this process and I feel stuck until we finish the entire process. Wish I would have researched other orthodontists before starting here. We will still go to the dental side, but I'm not sure if I will return for any other children that may need ortho care.

Giving a 6/10 because of the new orthodontist. Would be lower if it were the same orthodontist.

We went for a consultation for our daughter. We met with Daisy and the orthodontist. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained what they needed to do. Daisy was a pleasure to work with and very professional.

I currently have two of my kids with braces. One goes to Surfside and the other goes to a different Orthodontist office down the street. The two Ortho places are like night and day. I can go on and on about how different the care is but the most important aspect for me is communication. The Orthodontist place down the street keeps me so well informed and updated about the treatment plan. They even fill out a report card for how clean her teeth look at each visit. Things just make sense there. Surfside, on the other hand, updates me when I ask but tells me to just Google the info. I will not be recommending Surfside Orthodontics to anyone

Really annoying that you got rid of Dr. Than who is a wonderful ortho. He made the office vibe friendly and positive. Terrible business decision because he was the life of the office and the children love him. Now, the office feels melancholy and somber, a big difference . Also, extremely unprofessional to cancel patients appointments to accommodate the new ortho without notifying the parents. Completely unprofessional. Dr. Tran was why we choose this business- bad decision to let him go.
