Everyone was very pleasant and the faculty is IMMACULATE! The staff took their time to explain everything. The only "issue" I have for them is their VERY AGGRESSIVE follow up methods. They called,emailed and sent letters multiple times even though I told them I would get back to them and I did not have the money to proceed with treatment.
Penny, thank you for your feedback, and we will definitely pass this on to our team. I'm sorry our methods seemed aggressive, we use an automated system and sometimes it doesn't catch on. A lot of our patients don't know their schedule and appreciate all the reminders. I will update our system and I hope we see you soon.
