The technicians were nice. However they noted a problem but then didn't have the parts necessary to make the fix in the truck. It would have taken another service call to come back and make the necessary upgrade that was needed. They also didn't have any paperwork to give me a receipt so I had to call in to have them email me a receipt

I really didn't what was going to happen I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but I needed help with my cooler. After the 2 techs arrive and telling them the problem I was having and why I needed a new one they check the cooler and gave me some ways to go they fixed the problem I was having and recommend Ed what kind of cooler I should replace my old one with. They were resanable with the charges for the repair and very helpful. I will defenetly try them again they are worth the try.

He arrived at 340pm for a 2pm appointment no one called to let me know. Your tech knows approximately when they will complete a job, a call 15 minutes before arrival time with ETA will generally be acceptable to anyone. Better coordination with scheduler/office support could minimize customer frustration - one tech can't do what two can - the days schedule should have been adjusted. COMMUNICATE!!

Imagine what it takes to run a no-kill animal shelter. Not just money: you need people who don't just love animals. Your people have to be so emotionally resilient that they can withstand joy and heartbreak every day--sometimes the one followed immediately by the other. Every person on the staff of the UHS is absolutely committed to making things better for the animals, from the director right down to the guy who washes the floors. Any organization that depends heavily on an army of volunteers will, inevitably, have from time to time to settle squabbles and differences of opinion and breaches of the rules--without alienating anybody. It's tough, but the UHS does as fine a job at this as any outfit could. How many of us could take in stride the barrage of (sometimes ignorant) questions from the public? Where do you find people who can look cruelty and stupidity in the eye, and at the same time rejoice when a dog finds the perfect new home, or a cat who should have died has reason to purr again? Well, everybody at UHS is like this. Make UHS your first stop if you're looking for an animal companion. And donate if you can! It's the best money you'll ever spend. (And speaking of money: the adoption fees are the best deal in town--vaccinations, health checkups, plus spay/neuter. You can't beat it.)
