I really like SWAT gym, the trainers care about you and your results. They will push you but they are flexible to your needs. One of the only places I could find kettle bell training. The owner- Jana is present and values feedback. I would recommend joining if you are ready to commit to strength training.

Staff makes you feel welcome and seem to really care about your fitness goals and progress. Alan is a fantastic trainer.

I joined SWAT originally with the goal in mind to increase strength and running speed. I started with the group training with Daniel. As a new person in group, he took the time to show me how to do the exercises correctly and was very encouraging. I switched to personal training with Alan and have been very pleased. Training with Alan is always challenging, yet still fun. He is very knowledgable and has helped me to get stronger and faster. I am very satisfied with my experience at SWAT.
