We have been using Southwood Drive Animal Clinic since a small kitten showed up at our front door on July 4, 2010. We were told the best way to rid her of fleas, what was best to feed her, gave her shots, and when the time came, she was neutered. At 3-1/2 years of age, Cracker (short for Firecracker) began having seizures. The vet worked with us to come up with a medication to control the seizures. She has been seizure-free for almost 3 years now with medication prescribed. Almost 3 years ago, another calico cat showed up and started visiting with my husband while he was sitting on the patio. Before long, he was feeding her and she consistently showed up for breakfast and dinner. Of course, before long we took her for her shots and had her neutered. She has never offered to go outside again. The staff know both Cracker (our cranky calico) and Peaches (who loves everyone) and take wonderful care of them when we take them in for treatment or to board them. I will recommend the Clinic to anyone looking for a caring vet and staff.
