As you know Janet and I are new to going to a gym and you did a great job getting us over the fear of gym. It is hard to believe it has been 6 months!

Sweat has been a game changer for me. For the first time in my adult life I can see myself at my ideal weight and that is all because of Sweat. It is hands down the best gym that I have ever used.

I'll start by saying from the owners to the trainers and the rest of the staff in between, everyone is great and listen to your needs and really want to help you achieve your goals! They have all the equipment needed in the gym to get the job done too! I would give the 5 star rating of excellent when it comes to staff and the gym overall. There are two reasons I would deduct a star. 1) I would like to see extended hours on weekends. The last class on Saturday is 10am and the last class on Sunday is 9am (only 3 classes on Sunday). I know personally, I often have to work mornings. For others, they may go to church Sunday mornings. I feel weekends are a more convenient time to get to the gym since people don't have to do it around their work schedule. So having more weekend sessions available would be great. 2) This is probably my bigger issue. The workout session packages have expiration dates. They almost always are 8 weeks. They are not cheap. Don't get me wrong, I think the personalized training is great and I love the trainers. However after paying so much money, I don't want to have to worry about using all my visits before they expire or if a work emergency or any other emergency comes up, I don't want to have to worry about losing the session because I didn't cancel within 24 hours. We don't always have the luxury of knowing that something is going to come up. That's why it's an emergency! If there is a reason why I would consider not to workout here, it would probably be the whole expiration date and scheduling where clients are punished for not giving proper notice. I get that the classes are limited to a certain number of people and they don't want people filling them up if they constantly blow off classes. But to give 1 grace period a month is not sufficient and the whole expiration date in my eyes is a way to just keep clients buying more and more sessions. I know it will be said that it holds people accountable and gets them into the gym. I'm sure that is true to a point but I don't think clients should lose out on visits they paid for if they don't get to the gym 3 times a week, every week for 8 weeks. I travel a lot and have constant schedule changes (actually no set schedule) so it's almost impossible for me to give proper notice. Which means I either lose out on work or lose out on an already paid for session. Either way, it's costing me money! Again, aside from these two issues, I think they staff and the gym/equipment is great! Just wish some changes would be made with these two issues.

Since you are anonymous on your post, it's hard to give you a direct solution, but we do work with people a lot on their travel schedules. If you talk to your rep, I'm sure we can get you set up for what you need. We really base our schedule off of the trends. In the past, weekend afternoon and evening hours were not popular so that is why we didn't offer them. I also encourage you to talk to your rep about the exact times you would love to see on the schedule. If we get enough interest, we would open hours for that. So, hopefully, we can help you soon! I've been working out at sweat since 10 years ago through the present and it's been and continue the best gimn I ever use!! There personal trainers are very capable and make us feel unique while training us,after one hour of working out we feel great and makes our day!!i will always recommend sweat as the best gimn to work out or get personalized trained.

Everybody has been great!. My wife had never been to gym before. So John and Dana have been very good and patient showing and explaining the exercises. Marissa was very good explaining the program.
