We have a complicated roof and two flues. Sweepman techs came as promised and did a thorough job. They did point out areas that might need attention at some point, but they never tried to upsell. We have a wood stove in the living room, and they did not get anything sooty, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We will use them again after the heating season. These people are big on safety and cleanliness of work.

Sweepnman installed a new fireplace liner and insulation blanket in my fireplace. They installed a top mount damper and repaired the entire smoke chamber. Working with Sweepnman was a pleasure. Estimating the job and setting up a time for the work to be done was easy. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They were careful about working in my living room and when they were finished everything was clean and in order. I would highly recommend them.

Sweepnman provided excellent, professional service. The diagnostic evaluation included a video which demonstrated conclusively what was wrong with the flue and what needed to be done to address the issue. Sweepnman issued a detailed proposal delineating exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The job was scheduled and service was provided on time at the exact cost quoted in the proposal. Both my husband and I highly recommend Sweepnman. The technician and his assistant arrived on time, ready to go to work. They greeted me with warm handshakes and introduced themselves. They then proceeded to clean, inspect and photograph my woodstove and chimney. They were very courteous and professional. They made sure I understood what they did and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

I have used SweepNman for many years since the owner himself installed a stainless steel liner in my chimney.
