Friendly and thorough; however, they recommended a new flea & tic prevention med to which our dog had a severe adverse reaction.

We are sorry for your reaction! We DO accept preventions back with a refund due to ANY reaction. We recommend Activyl for clients when Frontline isn't doing the job. Since Frontline has been on the market for so many years, we've seen that fleas are building up a resistance to the product. Therefore, we offer Activyl an another topical option!
