I was seen the same day that I called about a piece of tooth that fell out. Very fast! My tooth was fixed with a filling pain free and I was on my way. I have been coming here for 19 years. I have been to other dentists in other places before finding Swords and Phelps, and Swords and Phelps are top notch.

I was right after lunch and the staff didn't let on at all that they needed a nap. They were alert and eager to serve. In fact that's exactly what they did. Mrs. Spence did a great job. I didn't even cry.

Everyone is extremely nice, helpful and very gentle! Swords and Phelps treats you like family!! I have been coming to their office since I was 13 and now I am 70. I would highly recommend them!!

I have a great deal of anxiety about dentists based on my health and my personal experience with dentists in the past. The only dentist I even tolerated was when I was a child, and she has long since retired. My husband kept telling me that I would have a good experience at Swords and Phelps. I was hesitant, but I made an appointment with Dr. Kallie Brock a few years ago. I have never met a doctor as compassionate, professional, polite, and respectful as Dr. Kallie. She is SO in tune with patients’ needs that she can almost read minds. :-) I guess her past experience working at a VA center with medically complex patients served her well. From the moment a patient enters the practice, the person is treated with dignity and compassion. As I mentioned previously, I have extensive dental needs and have had lots of dental issues. Dr. Kallie listens to my concerns and takes me seriously. I have transitioned my daughter to Dr. Kallie’s care as well. My husband and son see Dr. Phelps, and my mom sees the other Dr. Phelps. If they don’t accept your insurance, find a way to pay the difference because you can pay other dentists for shoddy work or pay this practice for exceptional, quality care. In this day and time, it is rare to find an entire group of healthcare providers who exceed expectation at every visit.

Incredibly nice staff ! I get anxious and my dental hygienist was the best conversationalist ever! I almost can’t wait to go back!

Everyone is always so friendly. The hygienists are gentle but thorough and the dentists always make sure that I don’t have any questions or new issues since my last checkup. They don’t try to sell you on any additional products or services which is refreshing.
