I was looking forward to a relaxing spa day with my friend after purchasing a Groupon for a pedicure, massage, and facial. I was caught off guard when we arrived, as she went one way and I went another, after specifically being told we would have services together when I called to book the appointment. If I didn't want to have this time together, I wouldn't have booked it this way. One of the women was late for the first appointment. I have been a hair stylist in high end spas for over 10 years and I have never seen anything like this. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper, and since we were the first people there that seems a bit lazy! The pedicure was nice. When we purchased the Groupon for a 30 min massage and 45 minute facial, it did not say they would be done simultaneously. It felt like the treatments were careless or haphazard because of that, and paid very little attention to detail. It sounded like a jackhammer going off during the entire service. We filled out forms prior to our services, but my concerns were never mentioned nor addressed during the facial or massage. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
I sincerely apologize that you did not receive the service you should have from us. If there is anything we can do to compensate for our mistakes please call and let us know. We would like to give you the opportunity to come in and receive the service you and your friend deserve. We appreciate you letting us know.
