I l o ve Dr Sissle at the Pet Hospital, and all the staff with the exception of one employee. I have been a customer there for 9 years. I have always made payments on each of my pets. Until yesterday, He must be the mouth piece on finances and shows no empathy or sympathy for your needs. You are in inadated with adopt pets from all the shelters and rescues. But then you run into problems for vet care. I am a senior and live on my social security. I pay rent and I can afford a pet as long as I can make payments. 75.00 a month is a chunk but that's what I have been paying. But according to this employee, no more billing cash upfront. That's the first time in 30 years of my experience have I been approached with no so kind situation. Told it is everybody, not just me. But that doesn't help with providing your pet with medical services. The whole atmosphere of the conversation was about money not the welfare of my pet. Needless to say , I was very upset over being approached in a non caring manner except money. I have never had this happen I over 30 years of Vet and pet experience. Seniors living on social security doesn't have 400.00$ to pay at once. I have never missed a payment. And continued with payments if my dog passed . When seniors are alone, they need a pet to care for and love. It is a proven fact seniors health, in general , is better with a pet. I am Sorry.
