Sports and corrective treatment is a fusion of bodywork techniques, designed to alleviate symptoms of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse staff has extensive direct experience with a multitude of injuries and illness including but not limited to migraine headaches; TMJ; rotator cuff injuries; tendonitis; digestive disorders; SI joint pain; ALS; stress fractures; and muscle sprains and strains. We focus our practice on the use of well-established and historically tested massage and bodywork modalities including but not limited to myofascial release; structural integration; trigger-point therapy; cross-fiber friction; stretching; and sports massage therapy.
Our specialized and individualized treatment programs directly address the fascia and connective tissue, as well as the muscular and joint components of dysfunction. Along with direct treatment, we also review what factors may be affecting your function, and provide education, support and self-care techniques to improve your long-term well-being.
