Ty really listened when I called to request an appointment. I'd requested my next scheduled maintenance but he thought I didn't need it just yet based on my mileage so he recommended just an oil change instead (which costs a lot less). He diagnosed and explained my check engine light code, the potential problems I'd have if not address it, and referred me to the dealer to have a diagnostic done. He was patient, knowledgeable, EFFICIENT, and accommodating. After I contacted the dealer, I found they charge $125 just to look at the codes... then up to $400 if I just needed a software update or up to $2,500 to replace a sensor if there was actually a parts failure. I googled the code Tyler gave me and found several recommendations to fill the fuel tank up, clear the check engine light code, and wait and see if the fuel sensor warning light problem reoccurs before going to the dealership. I called Ty back later that same day to run the idea past him and he readily agreed to give it a shot and told.me to drop in any time. Ten minutes later, T3 had cleared my code and didn't charge me anything! What a great experience this was for me, just as it s every time I go there. I would (and have) highly recommend them.
