I placed an order on May 8th for an Audi black optics fog grilles and was told item was in stock come to find out it wasn't. I was told it would take up to 30 days for it to be shipped. I was okay with that since car wasn't going into shop yet. A month later I received a shipment and it was the wrong parts, for a different year and model. I contacted Sean & Carlos at TAG and was offer an apology and the correct shipment would be sent out. Well 2nd time they sent out the correct year & model but the wrong trim level. Human error once again, and its now about 50 plus days. I called telling them about the issue and was told to send them back. I explained my initial order and it showed what trim level I had and which part was needed. At this point I was tired of the poor service and needed a resolution fast. During this period communication was lacking on their end, they knew I was frustrated yet ignored my emails. I called a few times and was told I would receive a call back the next day. Well Carlos stated we have another black fog grille lower that would fit. I said fine, its not what I initially ordered but it will fit and can get my car on the rode again send it. I believe it was August 3rd I finally received the grilles. This experience was horrible, nearly 3 months to get the parts I didn't want but settled on since they weren't capable of ordering them correctly. Reviews from various auid & vw forums speak highly of Tag Motorsports but this experience was on a whole new level.
