Service was exceptional as usual. We’ve been clients for over 20 years. We have always appreciated the caring professionalism of Dr. Haevernick and will be sorry to see him retire. Our Old English Sheepdogs always got the best care we could hope for. The staff is great too. Holly and Rebecca are always so helpful.

The care for our Golden Ollie and previously, for our hamster Oreo at Tamalpais Pet Hospital is personable. I find I do not have to cut through layers of front office staff to get help or to speak with a vet. The office is easy, accommodating and the best part, they understand their clients because they care! Over the top with accolades for TPH!

The receptionist and doctor were very compassionate to my cat's situation. They took extra time to ask thoughtful questions to understand the reoccurring problem. The clinic is taking extra precautions due to COVID, which logistically ran smoothly and efficiently.

Tamalpais Pet Hospital is not my regular vet. I contacted them for an "urgent care" appointment at my vet's recommendation. They were very friendly, helpful and able to squeeze us in when another client cancelled. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my dogs visit to Dr Havernack. He’s so caring & we will miss him when he retires. Covid protocols by everyone were 10/10 and besides no interaction with the Dr they were more on time than before Covid.
