This was my first experience at Tan 101 and let me say I am pleased! The girls at the front, specifically Jordan, were amazing and very informative. I was very standoffish about trying a new Tanning Salon in Kennesaw since my relocation from NY, but I believe I have found my new place! So excited to be a repeat customer.

Amazing! I love it. Staff is very polite and informative! The girl working Friday around 5pm even asked how I liked my previous bed to make sure I didn't burn! Great customer service.

Love the staff. Beds are always available when I arrive or very short wait time. Good lotion choices, and convienant by Ksu. Prices are a good deal so much better than other tanning salons in the area

Staff is so sweet and professional! Even the lowest level bed is a very nice level two with the facial part included! 24hr tan does NOT offer that and Tan101's prices are way better!

Not a good experience here. Employees aren't very helpful, myself and a friend both experienced very bad burns because we were never informed about new bulbs being put in the beds, something I have ALWAYS been told beforehand at other places. A couple of the beds definitely have something wrong with them, they get WAY too hot and although they have been informed of the problem nothing has been done to fix it. WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE.

Dear Anonymous,

I am truly sorry that you were burned during your tanning session at Tan 101, we try to promote the healthiest tan possible and advise against burning. We have a warning in our system for up to 100 hours of new life when bulbs are changed. In the last month we only have one level that has less than 100 hours, our stand up, which is very strong. I require that my employees tell first time customers to that bed about the risks and advise they tan for less time than they would normally. I feel that employees may get intimidated because people rarely take our advise and treat us as if we don't know what we are talking about, therefore you may have been a casualty of this and I will be addressing this with the staff. I'm sorry but I'm unclear about any problems with the beds getting to hot. The only thing I can think of is if we're busy and the beds are running constantly sometimes they don't have enough time to cool down which may cause them to feel hotter than normal. I have checked and all the beds have working fans at the foot and the internal fans work, so this is the only explanation I can think of. Again, I am truly sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us and would like to make it up to you and your friend with a week free.
