Good afternoon! I wanted to send you an email about the experience I had at T&K Automotive, as I will not be going back. I followed the instructions on the coupon book, I made an appointment online, inputted my cars information, and selected 3 days/times that would work. I read were they stated each service takes an hour. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment time, and I left after being there for an hour and 37 minutes. My car did not go back for service for 23 minutes after my arrival. The gentleman that assisted me was quick to tell me that the coupon value was for a standard oil change and the price would go up since I had a vehicle that had full synthetic, not a problem, I read that in the details ahead of time. He then informed me it was taking longer due to the filter being apart of the 5% of filters they do not stock and was coming over from another store. If that is the case, what is the point of entering my information if you do nothing with it.
In the end my total was approximately $60, and I will not be going there and instructing others to not go as well. I will stick with going to places I know treat their customers much better, and do not take near this amount of time and only pay $8 more.
Also - I received a call from one of the employees there and was asked to take down my review, and that I would be provided with a full refund. I took down my review on facebook but have yet to see my refund and yesterday my car beeped informing me that my windshield wiper fluid was low. Apparently that was a forgotten about service as well.
