tâ??s regrettable that you left your last service upset. When you no showed your last appointment months ago, we told you you needed to pay the no show fee to reschedule, you ended the phone call abruptly. Making an appointment under a different name didnâ??t fool anyone especially your stylist. We would have reminded you before your appointment about the fee, but of course we didnâ??t realize it was you until you arrived at the salon. Your stylist and our front desk were only following the directions of management.
