I was so anxious about bringing my 18yo kitty to the vet but left feeling seen, heard, supported, and with clear understanding of what was going on! These women are second to none; Jo with her warm accent and welcome, Beth always remembering my first name and my fur babies, Dr. Schoonover taking incredible time to explain all the things to me and answer all of my questions. Can these women be *my* dr?! :)
