Sarah K is super sweet and does a great job with cuts and color! The staff makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend.
Julie and her staff couldn’t have been more professional and lovely. They did the one thing that is most important to me when getting a haircut, which is to listen and talk me through it along the way. The head massage was pretty good too.
Thank you to your entire staff for their kindness and care. I feel confident bringing my Guinea pigs to you and have already recommended to other pet owners. Your staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and Dr. Harris goes beyond what I could expect making sure I understand any issues and am providing the best care at home. After a recent procedure, the staff was very reassuring, knowledgable, and caring- I know Cinnamon got as much love as she does at home!
The staff is friendly and prompt. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes for my appointment. However my most recent experience (which is still ongoing) is somewhat lacking. I am disappointed that there is no X-ray imaging available here. I was sent to another facility for Plain Films and I am still waiting for the results. Granted it has only been a day and a half, but I feel if the imaging was available on site, I would not need to wait for a diagnosis. Meanwhile I am still in pain and don't have any knowledge about my condition.
