Dr Z and the receptionist were warm and helpful. The vet tech "nurse" not so much. She could use more smiles, warmth and overall pleasantness.
Two things happen almost every time I go. It seems the exam price goes up and less and less is included in it. Services that were once part of exams such as nail trims and blood pressure checks are separate fees. Neither of these require supplies or the Vet's time. I wonder what else next year will become a happy little "money maker" for you. This forces me to choose between our personal living expenses and my cat's health as we are retired on fixed incomes. Please consider offering these services as a courtesy for senior citizens, especially those of us in multi-cat households.
