Having been a client for about 10 years now, I miss the individual service that you used to provide. I do not like having 3 different people call me to request information or ask me about my return or meeting with 3 different people when dropping off or picking up. Income tax is a personal aspect of one's life, receiving that feeling back from those preparing the return is important to me.
I called several times to ensure that documents had been received and that all documents would be prepared. I was assured that they would be at my pick up time. When I picked them up, the person explaining/reviewing the return was not completely knowledgeable or familiar with our circumstances, which was unexpected since, like I said we've been clients for almost 10 years. She did not know specifics about our rental property and was not able to answer questions pertaining to it. Further, a document/form wasn't complete was because your employees stated they needed to see our previous year's return, which should be on file. I assumed this was known and they would pull it for reference and have the documents prepared.
While we will give you one more chance next year to prepare our taxes, simply because you are familiar with our situation, we would request more individualized, personal service with just one representative for the entire process. Thank you.
