It is harder and harder to get an appointment at Taylor Brook Animal Hospital which is frustrating! In addition, my dog was sick and I was told could not be seen due to an emergency patient which I understand. Because I had an appointment later that week, I asked to speak with one of the techs just so I would know what to look for if the symptoms got worse. Reception refused to leave a message for someone and directed me to the emergency vet which was closed. For an office that I have supported for years with both of my animals, I felt as if I was not important as a customer. All I needed was someone to give me 3 minutes of guidance to calm my fears and help me support my sick pet. I guess it was too much to ask for.
Feeling let down by Taylor Brook Animal Hospital.
