It is harder and harder to get an appointment at Taylor Brook Animal Hospital which is frustrating! In addition, my dog was sick and I was told could not be seen due to an emergency patient which I understand. Because I had an appointment later that week, I asked to speak with one of the techs just so I would know what to look for if the symptoms got worse. Reception refused to leave a message for someone and directed me to the emergency vet which was closed. For an office that I have supported for years with both of my animals, I felt as if I was not important as a customer. All I needed was someone to give me 3 minutes of guidance to calm my fears and help me support my sick pet. I guess it was too much to ask for.

Feeling let down by Taylor Brook Animal Hospital.

From beginning to end, the way that my cat frosty was taken care of was exceptional. The nurse that started frosty's visit was very knowledgeable and examined him thoroughly asking alot questions why he was there and my concerns. When the doctor came in she took such good care of him while she examined him. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction and gave him his required shots and others to help his itching problem and even told me what to buy to continue his care. Overall, Taylor Brook Animal Hospital was awesome. I'd recommend them to anyone that needed a great veterinarian. And so clean.

I have taken my animals to Taylor Brook since Tim Kinny opened 25 years ago. Catherine has been our vet since she bought the practice and we have always trusted her plus my dogs and cats have always liked her.

I brought a stray cat into years ago and he became Latte the office cat. Amazing, Latte lived there until his passing a year ago.

Went for preop blood work for our dog. There was an abnormality in his tests. We were notified immediately and given a plan of care. Dr. Dapolito took the time to explain options and plan when I stopped by the office after closing time. So appreciated.
