As always, I have nothing but praise for Jessica. She is amazing. However, I was not happy to learn, once again as I was CHECKING OUT, that there had been another price increase. I have been a customer here since 2009, and every time the prices have gone up I have not been informed until I was paying. The appropriate thing to do when there is a price increase is to inform your customers BEFORE services are rendered. It is ridiculous and disrespectful not to tell your customers when the cost of a service has changed. I might want to decline that service but am now unable to do so. Please, in the future, INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS VIA EMAIL WHEN YOU ARE PLANNING A PRICE INCREASE. Additionally, I have received an email from you every day this week offering double points. When I inquired about it today the receptionist knew nothing about it. Why are you offering double points and not telling your employees???

Hello and thank you for your continued kind words about Jessica. We are truly thankful to have her on our team for all these years! We wanted to apologize for any confusion and take a moment to address your concerns. In terms of our price increase, that went in to effect last July and since that time we have not had any additional increases to our service pricing. We work very hard with our entire team, including the stylists, to be well versed to insure our guests are aware of any and all changes. In addition, we send out emails, post signs throughout the salon and make an announcement on our Facebook business page. Your second concern was regarding double Pure Privilege points. This is an annual promotion through AVEDA that earns members of the program bonus points on product purchases. We follow the same protocol as mentioned above to be sure that our guests are aware of this earning period. It seems as though there was a misunderstanding about the program and how it works from the general email that was sent out.
