Dr. Gardner, Dr. Dossey and the staff always make Charlie and me feel very special. Whatever health issue I am dealing with I know it will be resolved. I have been coming to Dr. Gardner for 40 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

My dog is my best friend. TCVH staff were very knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, and friendly. I liked that they spent a fair amount of time examining my dog in front of me. They were also able to take a sample of my dog's blod and lipoma to tell if I had anything to worry about within a 30 minute visit. I feel I can trust their judgement and that they really care about animals.

This was my first app. Before I would rate 5 star, I would need to have more app. I was pleased w/Dr. Dossy and her evaluation of the problem. I always do my research from many sources so that I better understand and trust the outcome of my dog's examination. Once, I actually knew more than my Vet on a particular problem after I spent $300.00 for allergy test which could have been avoided and there was no answer after test was done. I did some research about ingesting plastic which was the cause for my dog's skin affecting his nose. I allowed my pup (Bluey) to play with and it caused a reaction on his nose.Since the test did not reveal anything, it was then suggested an antibiotic and that cleared up the prob. I warn people to not allow dogs to play with toxic plastic bottles. I could have saved $300! I'm a very conscientious dog owner and have a great tract record of good care for all the pets I've had both cats and dogs. I do entrust greatly the expertise of a Veternarian when I need to seek out help for my pets and yes, I have had to take my pets to a Veternarian at times. I also think it is important that if anything is questionable, get two or three opinions. I learned that the hard way when my dog of 15 was misdiagnosed because a Vet didn't take the time to really listen to my dog's heart until an emergency Dr. diagnosed the problem and my dog finally died about 9 months later. She was on medicine for her heart probs. I knew it was a matter of time. I had her for 15.5 yrs. and all my pets have aged well which I believe says a lot about my care for them. I don't profess to diagnose my pets but I do my homework before and after I visit the Dr.

The front desk, technician, and doctor were all spectacular from start to finish. They took there time to listen to my concerns and they were EXCELLENT with my dog!

We had a great first vet experience with our 12 week old puppy here at Town & Country Vet with their awesome staff! Everyone made us feel very comfortable and our puppy never once was scared or nervous of a new surrounding place. Best vet!!

As always Dr. Gardner and staff take excellent care of Penny. They know me and my dog on sight. They got me I without an appointment for an emergency. No rushing. Penny received all the attention she needed and then some. Thank you
