Tom, I have been coming to TDC since you opened your doors. The times that I have dealt with you directly were always beyond pleasant. For a brief time, I did have some issues with one of your service reps as far as access to you and your amazing diagnostic skills. Since you have moved to into your new location and have changed up the staff, I find it to be once again pleasurable to do business with you. I am so glad that you got back to your roots and to the high level of professional dedication that you have always given to your customers, old ones as well as new ones.
