Visit with Dr. Teagle Jr. was great.
That said I was less than impressed with the staff that conducted tests prior to meeting with Dr. Teagle Jr. This is the reason for the average rating. It was clear the girl did not know how to operate the machines. She was getting coached by a co-worker but when that co-worker stepped away the girl was lost. She did a poor job cleaning the machine before she had me to look in one of the machines and she did not give good instructions. I had to say something to her about this. In one case she said " look at the light thing and press the button when you see lines". I told her I already saw the lines moving around as I started to look in and asked her to tell me when I should start since she had already started the test before my eyes were in the machine. As I waited I asked her again to let me know when to start. Fiiially she had to restart the test. I was not comfortable with her knowing she did not know how to work machines. For every machine she needed coaching. In another case my head was positioned in one of the machines and the coach / co-worker told her to adjust the position and she did ( while my forehead was positioned the machine but then started to hit another button that moved something closer to my eye while my eyes were not correctly positioned in the unit after it had be moved. ( is the machine where they blow air in your eye). She realized her hit the wrong button as I heard as ohhh oops.
She should not of been left alone and she get practice the head of working with patients .
Also the in the office looks old and dated. The padding on the machines should undergo some maintenance as it is getting worn out.
