Competent, Professional and Courteous repair service. They do a very thorough job of diagnosing and explaining what's wrong with your vehicle and let you know what's needed and what the costs will be.
I believe you over charged me for everything....especially on the labor. After I had time to research the cost of the service you provided, had I gone to the dealership I would have saved over $500. I would never recommend you to anyone. Additionally, I think tried to sell me services that were not needed. You tried to sell me a break fluid flush...telling me that the fluid was brown when I just had the fluid flushed 6 months ago. I believe you prey on unsuspecting customers.
Susan...I'm not sure which dealership you called but we called 2 different Infiniti dealerships in Scottsdale and Phoenix and they were both $210 more on Labor then we were.And my labor included the diagnosis, which their estimate did not. Don' forget your vehicle was towed in with a running problem. They both were at $1132 in parts and we were at $756, so I'm not sure where the $500 cheaper would be. And I asked you if you had history on your brake fluid as it was discolored so we recommend the flush when it's discolored. Was your fluid flushed or just exchanged? I'm sorry you feel this way but we are an honest and competitively priced shop

Tech Plus always performs well. The car is done when they say it will be done and it is done very well. These professionals are people that you can trust to take very good care of all your car service needs.
I have taken our car to Tech Plus twice. I thought we we charged more than market rates the first time but we were new to the area. I called before service this time asking for price on routine service and oil change. Gary quoted $60-65. Charges then became $120 because the original quote did not include the oil.??? Then an upsale for a new air filter for $40. Total then was $160. Hmmm. I had no problem with the service but would encourage everyone to check prices before scheduling service.
This customer totally didn't understand the charges. I quoted him $60-65 + tax & shop supplies.///but I also told him on the phone I wasn't sure how much oil his car took. As it turns out it holds over 7 quarts so that took the cost over $70 for the additional oil. I explained to him when he got the bill the additional cost was for the additional oil, not "the oil". I recommended an air filter and told him the cost installed was $72, so that's why the total came to $148 before tax and $160 with tax. As far as market rates, we are competitive with any independent repair shop on rates. If he is categorizing Tech Plus with quick lube shops or tire stores we will never be competitive as will any independent repair shop.
